Membership will renew annually unless a member notifies ORHMA of cancellation. It is understood by the company that if a cancellation is not received within 30 days of receiving the annual renewal notice/invoice, the company will be responsible for a prorated value of the membership fee through the period date of such a cancellation, or on a date such that cancellation is initiated by the Association for failure to settle outstanding membership fees.
